MS Spiritual Academy
A 12+ month course based on the philosophy of Ananda Marga, combining self-knowledge, foundational meditation practice, moral principles, and preparation for a personal lesson with an acharya.
Who This Is For
You have established material stability, resolved basic life tasks, and realized yourself socially. Yet, beneath the surface of success, a deeper existential hunger inevitably opens up — one that cannot be satisfied by new achievements, acquisitions, superficial literature, or popular mindfulness apps. This is not a weakness or a psychological issue. It is a natural evolutionary call of the mind, requiring not mere "relaxation," but a fundamental framework, a genuine internal anchor, and a clear understanding of your life mission. The program is designed for thinking individuals seeking serious, consistent work with their mind, body, and life philosophy.
Root Cause Exploration. For those who realize that quick-fix methods fail, and seek a cohesive doctrine combining personal discipline with the laws of the mind.
Moving Beyond the Superficial. For practitioners who have outgrown secular mindfulness and require a time-tested, profound system of self-analysis.
Demand for Authenticity. For individuals ready for serious internal transformation, structured thinking, and transitioning from passive consumption of knowledge to conscious creation.
Year One · Self-Knowledge
A 12+ month journey based on the Ananda Marga ideal of self-realization and service to all. The first year explores the inner world, mind, biopsychology, and morality, preparing students for a personal meditation lesson with an acharya.
Students move through chatbot-based materials at their own pace and may join a small peer group of 2–4 people. Each week includes one lesson with a video lecture, notes or infographics, a six-question test, and one or two workbook tasks.
Practice begins with independent meditations from five minutes, supported by required weekly group meditation and regular question-and-answer sessions.
An introduction to the physical, psychic, and spiritual dimensions of human life and to meditation as a practice that connects and develops all three.
A practical map of the mind that helps students recognize the forces shaping perception, reactions, habits, and choices.
An integrated exploration of the relationship between the energetic centers, the layers of mind, behavior, emotional states, and meditation.
The ethical foundation of practice: learning how conduct toward others and personal discipline protect and strengthen the mind.
The preparatory course creates a clear context for initiation: an introduction, Ananda Marga and its “Path of Bliss,” the role of the spiritual teacher, and the meaning of spiritual community.
When ready, the student has a personal interview and receives an individual meditation lesson from an acharya. Readiness means completing the preparatory course, accumulating at least 100 hours of meditation, and participating regularly in weekly group meditations.
